Employee Testimonials

They bet heavily on me. We’re one big family — everybody looks out for everybody. This is by far one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for.
Mike Wash — Plant Manager, US Aggregates
The resources given to me have really helped me develop. There’s a reason I’ve been here 20 years. They treat their employees with total respect and actually value us.
Mike McCory — Superintendent, Milestone Contractors
I feel fulfilled. I look forward to coming to work every day.
Fred Fuhs — Truck Driver, Asphalt Materials, Inc.
One of my favorite parts about working for HRG is the opportunity to ask questions both large and small about arising challenges, such as those about the broader picture of the construction industry or the results we are getting from testing. This questioning leads to innovative thinking and collaborating with fellow coworkers to find answers.
Marissa Childs, EIT — Pavement Materials Engineer, Heritage Research Group
