Geoff Dillon is the CEO of Heritage Construction + Materials, and prior to this he served as the company’s President. Geoff has also held roles as President of Asphalt Materials and the Vice President of Business Development for HC+M. He currently serves as a Trustee and Board Member for The Heritage Group. Before joining The Heritage Group in 2015, Geoff was a Vice President at PIMCO, an investment management firm. Located in PIMCO’s New York City office, Geoff helped manage the firm’s $40 billion AUM endowment and foundation business.

Kierstin Janik is the Chief Talent Officer for Heritage Construction and Materials. In her role, she partners with the executive leadership team to set business strategies and design people processes that are aligned to support the business. Prior to her current role she operated as the Director of People and Org. Capabilities for the company's Asphalt Materials division. Kierstin has also held roles as HR Business Partner and Director of Talent Development for The Heritage Group's 20+ businesses.

Liz Larner is the Chief Legal Officer for Heritage Construction + Materials. In her role, Liz partners with the executive leadership team on legal and compliance-related items such as contracts and agreements, HR compliance, acquisition activities, labor relations, and other needs across our Construction, Asphalt, and Aggregates businesses.

CJ Potts is the Chief Operating Officer for Construction and has more than 30 years of heavy highway and construction industry experience. He is responsible for the diverse portfolio of construction operations within Heritage Construction + Materials including asphalt production, sales and laydown, concrete paving and miscellaneous concrete, bridge construction, underground water, sewer and storm drain installation, grading and water systems. Prior to this role, CJ served as President of Milestone Contractors where under his leadership the company grew to become INDOT’s largest road contractor.

Chip is the President of Asphalt Materials, Inc. (AMI), overseeing all aspects of our asphalt business operations across seven Midwestern states. Since joining the company in 2009, Chip has also served as EVP of AMI, President of Western States Asphalt and Vice President of Marketing and Supply. Prior to joining AMI, Chip held successful positions at Elf Asphalt, Koch Materials and SemMaterials, L.P.

John Schmidt is the President of US Aggregates. Since joining US Aggregates in 2012, John has grown and improved the business performance in all aspects including building a strong safety and environmental culture, while developing a dynamic team that delivers value for our customers, owners, employees and communities. John is a Professional Engineer registered in the Province of Saskatchewan and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists. He serves on the board of directors for the Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association where he is the current Board President.

Paul is the Chief Strategy Officer for Heritage Construction + Materials, a division of The Heritage Group family of businesses. In his role, Paul partners with the executive leadership team to leverage his experience in leading business lines, strategy development, and project management. He previously served in the role of Vice President, Strategy + M&A for THG. While his experiences span several business functional roles and industries, the last decade of his career has been focused on creating value as a business leader with profit and loss accountability within the manufacturing industry.
