Dozens of team members from across our Heritage Construction + Materials (HC+M) family of companies, including Asphalt Materials, Evergreen Roadworks, Milestone Contractors and US Aggregates, had the opportunity to connect with one another and industry peers at the 2024 World of Asphalt/AGG1 convention in Nashville, TN.
According to event organizers, the show set new attendance and square footage records. Over 15,800 industry professionals participated in the three-day event in the Music City, exploring more than 440 exhibitors and 120 educational sessions. This is a 38% increase in attendance, shattering the previous record of 11,400 set in 2022. The exhibit floor encompassed more than 207,000 square feet of the Music City Center; a 14,000-foot increase compared to 2022’s event in the same space.
From the Exhibit Hall to engaging workshops, productive networking sessions and insightful discussions, our team engaged with industry peers, gained knowledge, and, most importantly, made meaningful connections. A highlight of the event was the inaugural Women of Asphalt Day.
