At Heritage Construction + Materials, we believe in more than just building structures. We believe in building relationships, opportunities and a better tomorrow for everyone. Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a time when communities come together to raise awareness, promote early detection and support those affected by breast cancer. That’s why, for over three years, we have gone pink in honor of supporting the ONE mission to end breast cancer.
We are incredibly proud of the people that make up our team. Among them is Rebecca Rivers-Duncan, who was appointed earlier this year to sit on the Susan G. Komen board for Indiana and Kentucky. Rebecca has been with Asphalt Materials for __ years and has contributed significantly to our continued mission of supporting breast cancer awareness throughout our family of companies. Rebecca’s passion for this cause is truly inspiring, and her unwavering commitment reflects the values we hold dear at HC+M. Congratulations Rebecca!

Do you know the warning signs of Breast Cancer? Check out some of them below:
Screening mammography detects the majority of early-stage breast cancers in the United States before any symptoms or warning signals manifest.
But warning indicators are also associated with the discovery of breast cancer. Therefore, it’s critical to recognize these warning signals and consult a physician if you experience any breast changes.
The most common warning signs are:
- A change in the look or feel of the breast
- A change in the look or feel of the nipple
- Nipple discharge
