More than 50 interns join the Heritage Family each year to engage in activities that leave them with 12 weeks of exciting, challenging, and valuable experiences. The Internship program allows each student to work on a project to help them build professional skills, attend social events, and explore academic interests in a major or interest of their choice.
Our internships offer many things; check out some of them below:
“My summer Internship with the HC&M team has been nothing short of an exciting adventure in my young professional career. From combining my schedule with different projects every week to networking with other young professionals through the 12-week internship program, I’ve had a meaningful experience here so far.
As a part of the Marketing and Communication team, I have taken what I’ve learned from school, applied it to my work, and have continued to grow through communicating with other professionals, creating visually appealing social media graphic designs, receiving continuous feedback from multiple perspectives to correct myself, and working together with my colleagues to develop digital content and stories. As I enter my last year of school, still unsure where my career is headed a year from now, I know these skills I’ve used to grow this summer will help me decide where my next steps lie post-graduation.” – Noah Jenkins, HC+M Communications Intern.
“My overall experience interning for HC+M has been incredible. I love being hands-on and applying the knowledge I learned from class. Throughout the internship, I learned how much work goes into a marketing campaign and why it is so important to go through this process.” – Naarah Holloway, HC+M Marketing Intern.
