What’s it like to work in Operations at Heritage Construction + Materials?

Members of our Operations team advance our projects and move our industry forward every day. Working in Operations, you’d play an important role in operating, inspecting, running or maintaining equipment, as well as performing quality control and helping ensure job site safety and productivity. Because roles range from equipment operators to mechanics and more, there are numerous opportunities for advancement and cross-training, both with our union partners and directly with Heritage Construction and Materials.
