The Heritage Group College/Graduate Internship Program provides 12 weeks of hands-on experience in a corporate function or within one of our many operating companies. Interns can expect to network with other students and professionals, gain useful skills, receive mentoring and make their own contributions to the organization. We are also a proud partner employer with the Orr Fellowship, a two-year post-graduate rotation program in Indianapolis.
